I led full-cycle inventory and supply chain operations for pharmaceuticals, nutritional feeds, vaccines, and high-criticality medical materials across 10+ hospital units, ensuring strict compliance with JCIA standards and UAE healthcare regulations.
My responsibilities included overseeing both pharmacy and store operations, resolving inventory discrepancies through proactive problem-solving, and identifying workflow inefficiencies before they became bottlenecks.
I managed inbound deliveries and outbound distribution with a strong focus on cold chain integrity, aligning every step with Department of Health (DOH) and regulatory standards.
Using SAP MM and Oracle SCM, I tracked stock movement, processed GR/GI transactions, and maintained near-perfect inventory accuracy through real-time updates and reconciliation.
To eliminate repetitive manual work, I built and automated Excel dashboards and Power BI reports for inventory tracking, expiry alerts, and consumption trends—cutting manual reporting time by 40%. I also developed a custom Power Apps solution that enables real-time tracking of medication locations inside the store and pharmacy, reducing search time and streamlining refill workflows.
