I led full-cycle inventory and supply chain operations for pharmaceuticals, nutritional feeds, vaccines, and high-criticality medical materials across 10+ hospital units, ensuring strict compliance with JCIA standards and UAE healthcare regulations.

My responsibilities included overseeing both pharmacy and store operations, resolving inventory discrepancies through proactive problem-solving, and identifying workflow inefficiencies before they became bottlenecks.
